Cookie policy

What this site stores in your browser, what it is for, and how to change your mind.

Last updated: 3 October 2026

The short version

cosytelly.com sets no advertising cookies and runs no analytics. The only cookies you will meet are the ones the shop needs to remember your basket and complete a checkout, and those are set only when you use those pages. That is why there is no cookie banner: under UK law, strictly necessary cookies do not need consent, and we use nothing else.

What cookies and local storage are

Cookies are small text files a website saves on your device. Local storage is a similar space in your browser that only this site can read. Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and UK GDPR, we may only use them without asking when they are strictly necessary for something you have requested. Anything optional needs your consent first, and you can withdraw it at any time.

What this site uses

• woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart, wp_woocommerce_session_* (cookies, strictly necessary): remember what is in your basket and keep your checkout session together. Set only when you add a plan to the basket. Expire when you close the browser or after 48 hours.
• wordpress_logged_in_*, wordpress_sec_* (cookies, strictly necessary): only if you create an account and log in to view your orders. Expire when you log out or after 14 days.
• Analytics: not in use. If we add analytics later it will only start after you give consent, and this page will list it.
• Advertising: none, and no plans to add any.

Third-party services

• WhatsApp and Telegram: when you tap a chat button you leave this site, and their own privacy and cookie policies apply.
• Google Fonts: the typefaces on this site load from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address and browser details when a page loads. Google states it does not set cookies for this.
• Payment providers: when you pay by card, the payment page may set its own cookies to prevent fraud. Those are covered by the provider’s policy, which is linked on the checkout page.

How to change your choice

Because we only use strictly necessary cookies, there is nothing to opt out of. You can still clear or block cookies in your browser: see the help pages for Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge. Blocking cookies will not break the site, but the basket and checkout will not work until they are allowed again.
